How much does Village Rewards cost?+
Nothing. Village Rewards is free to join — create an account and you start earning points on your very first delivery, plus a 100-point welcome bonus.
How do I earn points?+
You earn at least 1 point for every $1 you spend, and up to 2 points per $1 once you reach Elder rank. You also earn 100 points for joining, 500 points every time a friend you refer places their first order, and 250 points on your birthday.
How do I use my points?+
Redeem points in your account for a discount code worth $5, $10, $25, or $60. Enter that code at checkout and the discount comes straight off the cash your driver collects at the door.
Do my points expire?+
Your points balance doesn't expire. Once you turn points into a discount code, that code is valid for 90 days.
Can I combine rewards with promo codes?+
No — you can use either a reward code or a promo code such as VILLAGE10 on an order, whichever saves you more. They can't be stacked on the same order.
How do the member ranks work?+
Your rank is based on the lifetime points you've earned, and it never goes down. Wanderer starts at 1× points, Shadow at 500 lifetime points earns 1.25×, Blade at 1,500 earns 1.5× plus free delivery on any order size, and Elder at 4,000 earns double points on everything.
